• The request is submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

• The item is in its original condition, with all included parts and accessories.

• Original packaging is included where reasonably possible.

These conditions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

3. Free Returns and Exchanges

Eligible returns and exchanges requested within the 30-day period are free of charge. We will provide return instructions and arrange return shipping at no cost for approved requests.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will review the information and work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to initiate approved refunds within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and the refund has been approved.

After we initiate the refund, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, and location. If you have not received your refund after a reasonable period, please contact us at roderickcooper1182@outlook.com.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible requests made within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate alternative or refund.

Eligible exchanges are provided at no additional return or exchange shipping cost.

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not entered processing or shipping.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Eligible returns can still be requested according to this policy and applicable law.
